FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for treating defects of shoulder girdle area soft tissues, complicated by humeral head osteomyelitis. Necro- , sequestrectomy are performed. Trilateral foramen with located in it vessels, running towards latissimus dorsi muscle, skin and fascia, is exposed. Skin-fascial-muscle transplant, including skin, fascia of scapula area and part of latissimus dorsi muscle, blood supply of which is realised by thoraco-dorsal artery (athoraco-dorsalis), which is a branch of subscapular artery (asubscapularis), is formed. Formed transplant is moved in frontal plane at 170° in direction of shoulder joint, rolled into tube, passed through skin-fascial tunnel, formed in posterior part of shoulder joint, and transplanted into the area of defect of shoulder girdle soft tissues and humeral head.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to treat defects of shoulder girdle soft tissues.
