SUBSTANCE: invention is applicable for putting on and taking off compression clothes, such as socks, tights, sleeves made of an elastic material. A device for putting on and taking off comprises a sleeve having a first sleeve hole, a second sleeve hole, an inner surface and an outer surface. The first sleeve hole, inner surface and second sleeve hole are configured to interact to form an extremity passage through the sleeve. The inner and outer surfaces are made of a continuous elastic material and formed thereof. The outer surface on the second sleeve hole is configured to adjoin at least one hole of the compression clothes, so the compression clothes are possible to be turned out continuously along the entire sleeve until an end of the compression clothes opposite to the above at least one hole rests upon the first sleeve hole. There are also presented a method for connecting the sleeve and compression clothes, a method for putting on and a method for taking off the compression clothes.
EFFECT: provided is easy and fast putting on and taking off the compression clothes.
