FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to production of construction materials and can be used for production of Portland cement clinker. This process comprises preheating of cement stock to temperature 600-800°C, glazing at 700-1000°C and annealing in rotary kiln at 1400-1500°C. Annealing is performed in parallel flow of cement stock and fuel followed by adsorption of sulphur oxides, alkaline metal oxides and chlorides from pre-cooled flue gases by clinker particles at 100-1100°C. In compliance with first version, adsorption is conducted partially at the annealing kiln end zone and partially in clinker cooler. In compliance with second version, pre-cooling and glazing are conducted in appropriate zones of annealing kiln. Adsorption is conducted partially at the annealing kiln end zone and partially in clinker cooler. In compliance with third version, cooling of flue gases and adsorption are conducted at appropriate temperature zones of annealing kiln. In compliance with fourth version, pre-cooling, glazing, flue gas cooling and adsorption are conducted in appropriate temperature zones. Invention is developed in dependent claim.

EFFECT: sufficient quality of cement, ruled out alkaline, chloride and hydrochloric contamination and emission of harmful substances.
