FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method according to the first version includes preliminary heating of high-sulphur cement raw materials, containing up to 40 wt % of sulphur in cyclone heat exchangers, annealing in a calciner, annealing into cement clinker in a rotary furnace in the presence of a high-sulphur fuel, supplied by a counterflow to raw materials, and subsequent cooling in a refrigerator with the separation and removal of gases produced at the same time along the bypass line into the system of sulphuric acid production from sulphur oxides with the subsequent removal of smoke gases into a stack, at the same time they supply a carbon-containing material into a calciner and to the inlet of the furnace - oil coke with sulphur content up to 5% of sulphur in an amount of up to 20% of the raw materials weight. According to the second version, in case of the direct flow of cement raw materials and high-sulphur fuel supply into the furnace the carbon material - oil coke - is introduced directly to the furnace inlet and smoke gases are removed into the system of sulphuric acid production directly from the furnace.

EFFECT: production of clinker of the necessary quality from high-sulphur cement raw material-gypsum or sulphur calcium and simultaneous simplification of its production technology.
