FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing high-density hydrocarbon fuel for rocket engineering by mixing commercial-grade fuels produced by the oil refining industry, specifically mixing T-6 fuel with RT or TS-1 jet fuel with content of RT or TS-1 fuel in the mixture of 25-45 wt %. The method enables to obtain a high-density hydrocarbon fuel for rocket engineering, similar to T-1pp fuel, which corresponds to GOST 10227-86 with changes 1-6, characterised by density at 20°C of not less than 820 kg/m3, content of aromatic hydrocarbons of not more than 20 wt % and chilling point of not higher than minus 60°C.
EFFECT: obtaining fuel which satisfies needs of the contemporary market.
