FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ferro soft piezoceramic materials intended for ultrasonic devices operating in the reception mode, various piezoelectric sensors, and also for devices of monolithic type, such as multilayer piezoelectric actuators. The material including oxides of lead, zirconium, titanium, strontium and bismuth, additionally contains gadolinium and erbium oxides with the following component ratio, wt %: PbO 64.05÷66.84; ZrO2 19.11÷19.60; TiO2 10.92÷11.20; SrO 1.54÷2.15; Bi2O3 0.72÷1.57; Gd2O3 0.69÷1.18; Er2O3 0.18÷0.25.
EFFECT: production of piezoceramic material with improved electrophysical parameters, increased piezoelectric sensitivity, increased piezomodule, increased coefficient of electromechanical coupling, reduced tangent of the dielectric loss angle.
