FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to problem of obtaining reactor powders of superhigh-molecular-weight polyethylene with special morphology and of certain dispersity, capable of processing into superstrong and supermodular fibres and tapes by method of cold solid-phase moulding and obtaining thereof based ropes, nets, body armour, helmets and other protective materials. Described is catalytic system for ethylene polymerisation based on substituted bis(phenoxyimine)titanium haloid complexes of general formula , given below, where (I) R1 = tertbutylethylphenyl, R2=H; (II) R1 = ethylphenyl, R2=H; (III) R1 is ethylphenyl, R2 is Me, activated with methylalumoxane, to obtain reactor powder of superhigh-molecular-weight polyethylene with improved morphology. Invention also relates to method of obtaining reactor powder of superhigh-molecular-weight polyethylene by method of catalytic polymerisation and to method of cold moulding of reactor powder of superhigh-molecular-weight polyethylene.
EFFECT: extension of assortment of catalytic systems for ethylene polymerisation, and obtaining thereof-based superstrong products.
