SUBSTANCE: endodontic instrument for the formation of root channels contains a cutting working part from titanium nickelide, possessing a superplasticity effect, made in the form of a bunch of superficially porous threads with the diameter from 30 to 90 mcm, twisted in the form of a braid and fastened to each other on the free end. The number of threads in the bunch is selected to be from 2 to 4.
EFFECT: application of the instrument results in an increased quality of treatment of complicated caries, especially in case of expressed curvilinearity of root channels due to the reduction of rigidity, increased freedom of manipulations and reduction of the time for processing.
