SUBSTANCE: device contains a drum, a drive, loading and unloading trunnions. The drum is made in form of the cylinder with flat end walls installed inclined relatively to the horizontal axis. Under the first option the end walls are located perpendicularly to the horizontal axis of the drum rotation, and along full length of the drum the cylindrical spring is installed with flat cross-section of the turns, it is equipped with device to change the turns pitch by its tension or compression. Under second option the end walls are located at different angles not only to the horizontal axis of rotation, but to each other also, at that along full length of the drum the convex spring is installed with flat cross-section of the turns, equipped with device for the turns pitch change by the spring compression or tension.
