FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: unit comprises a drum, a drive, loading and unloading trunnions. The drum is made in the form of a cylinder with flat end walls of elliptical shape, mounted obliquely relative to the horizontal axis, arranged perpendicular or at various angles not only to the horizontal axis of rotation, but to each other. Along the entire length of the drum a spring with a flat section of turns is mounted, which is equipped with a device for changing the pitch of turns by its stretching or compressing.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to improve the quality of feeds.
