FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corrosion protection of metals and can be used during processes, in particular during deformation, cutting, connection of parts out of Al and its alloys, and coating application on them. Inhibitor contains at least one triazole, and product of reaction of at least one alkylene glycol and at least one carboxylic acid anhydride. Method of the corrosion inhibitor production includes creation of the reaction product of at least one alkylene glycol and at least one carboxylic acid anhydride by melting at minimum temperature 60°C or reaction at temperature 60°C minimum, then triazole is added to the reaction product. Al and/or its alloys corrosion protection method includes the corrosion inhibitor application on Al or its alloy.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the corrosion protection of Al or its alloys by phosphorous and silicon free inhibitors, increased inhibitor stability during storage, improved solubility and emulsification ability.
