FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used in the osteosynthesis of patella fractures. A retainer comprises a plate, an angular stable screw and a screw head hole. The angular stable screw head hole is central. The plate is pre-bent oval-shaped on the periphery of which there are two holes for the thread passing; the lower surface of the plate bears two cone-shaped pins symmetrical in relation to the angular stable screw head hole. The upper surface of the plate has a thread deflection hook.
EFFECT: invention provides the more stable fixation of the patella fragments and thereby an increased effectiveness of the surgical management by performing the stable functional osteosynthesis by an original angular stable retainer.
