SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for surgical treatment of a fracture of the surgical neck of the shoulder. Reposition of fragments of the humerus is performed. On the anterior surface of the head of the humerus and the upper third of the diaphysis, 2 through intraosseous channels are formed, through which a tightening cerclage is passed. A T-shaped plate is applied. The final knot is formed from the ends of the wire loop, the ends do not bite, but twist with each other into a bundle, go around the nearby spongy screw, and after that form the second knot from the resulting ends of the cerclage.

EFFECT: method reduces the risk of metal structures migration against the background of osteoporosis due to additional fixation with a cerclage loop that tightens the diaphysis and the head of the shoulder.
