SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. Disclosed is a base station which performs radio communication with a terminal device via a communication channel formed by merging a plurality of carrier components, wherein the base station includes: a quality data collecting module which collects communication channel quality data for each of the carrier components; and an interleaver which interleaves data transmission signals transmitted via the communication channel in accordance with the channel quality, data on which are collected by the quality data collecting module and/or the available communication resource states for each of the carrier components.

EFFECT: improved communication characteristics in radio communication, accompanied by carrier aggregation, via adaptive interleaving in accordance with communication channel conditions, adaptively performed interleaving in accordance with communication channel conditions.
