SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Result is achieved by determining a set of physical downlink control channel candidates, PDCCH, based on one or more parameters associated with displaying a control channel element, CCE, a control resource set, CORESET, in a group of resource elements, REG, wherein one or more parameters associated with mapping CORESET CCE into REG are fixed, number of one or more parameters associated with mapping CORESET CCE into REG is greater than one, and the parameters associated with displaying the CORESET CCE in the REG, in an amount greater than one, comprise a CCE mapping type in the REG, which is fixed to be interleaved, and at least one parameter associated with interleaving, and at least one interleaving parameter indicates interleaver size equal to 2.
EFFECT: technical result consists in enabling monitoring of physical downlink control channel of PDCCH of terminal device, reducing service load.
