The invention discloses a method of transmitting data in a wireless local area network, which includes the following steps: generating a data unit including a medium access control (MAC) header and MAC service data unit (MSDU), generating an encoded data unit by encoding the data unit, generating one or more spatial blocks by dividing the encoded data unit, dividing each of the one or more spatial blocks into a first element and a second element, generating a first interleaved element and a second interleaved element by interleaving the first element and the second element respectively, generating a first mapped sequence by mapping the first interleaved element into signal constellation, generating a second mapped sequence by mapping the second interleaved element into signal constellation, generating a transmission signal by performing inverse discrete Fourier transform (IDFT) on the first mapped sequence and the second mapped sequence; and transmitting the transmission signal.

EFFECT: invention is intended to transmit a physical layer convergence procedure protocol data unit, which includes data, by supporting use of a wider channel bandwidth of a very high throughput station.
