FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to formation and processing of images, intended for measuring distances to observed objects and determining optical transfer functions of a device, through which processed images are formed, and further enables to estimate measurement errors. An optoelectronic device for determining optical transfer functions and measuring distances includes not less than two image forming and recording channels. The optical system of each of the channels includes at least one diaphragm, an array light-sensitive detector for each image forming and recording channel, as well as a distance estimating unit connected to the detectors. One or more elements of the optical system and/or at least one detector are installed to allow displacement of the light-sensitive surface of the detector relative to the rear focus of the optical system, different from corresponding displacements of detectors of other channels, and the apparatus if provided with a unit for estimating errors and correcting measurement results, which is connected to the distance estimating unit.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring distance and determining optical transfer functions in a wide measurement range.
