SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. This element has exposed parts at ends in direction of vehicle width and has main body. Main body has inner surface to cover the plate and cylindrical spacer. Said inner surface is exposed in one direction of cross-section perpendicular to vehicle width direction, at the end in direction of vehicle width. Cover plate is connected to said main body to close main body inner surface. Said cylindrical spacer is arranged inside the space composed by said main body and cover plate and connected to said main body to make a through hole in direction perpendicular to vehicle width and in direction wherein main body is exposed. Main body end part in direction of vehicle width comprises recessed part made at main body side, opposite that whereat said main body is exposed. Said recessed part has a recess directed towards inner surface side.
