FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method of metallisation of products made of concrete includes plasma spraying of non-ferrous metals and quality control of finished products, besides plasma spraying of non-ferrous metal powders is carried out simultaneously with plasma melting of the front surface of products made of concrete, using the plasmatron.
EFFECT: improving the quality of final products due to the bonding strength of metal layer with the base, acceleration of metallisation process while reducing simultaneously the energy consumption of production and manufacture of high-quality competitive products.
