FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: this system comprises circular water supply network divided into zones connected by air ducts. Network water supply circuits, areal pump stations with suction lines and parallel pumps with pressure pipelines. The latter are connected with main pressure lines to feed water to areas. Areal standby-adjusting tanks are connected with at least one network water supply source and areal pump stations by means of suction pipelines. One augmenting pump station with suction pipeline arranged in at least one areal zone water supply network. Pump station with feed and discharge pipes is arranged at water supply network and non-pressure standby-adjusting tanks connected therewith. It differs from known configurations in that said non pressure standby-adjusting tank is connected with feed pipeline by pump station arranged at water supply network. At least one augmenting pump station of at least one are is equipped with extra pressure pipeline and local water supply network. Pressure pipeline is connected with local water supply network while suction pipeline is connected with water supply network of this area. Additionally, this system comprises feed pipeline connected water supply network with non-pressure standby-adjusting tank. Extra local water supply network is connected with feed pipeline. Bypass line connects said feed pipeline with extra local water supply network.
