FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water supply systems field. Method consists in fact, that water pressure at pump outlet is measured, comparing measured pressure with preset value and minimizing of measured pressure deviation from preset value by acting on pump electric motor speed. Pump (1) used is set (2) of parallel installed pumps, wherein: a) creating water supply system hydraulic model, including pump (1), system of pipelines (3), supplying water to pump inlet, and system of pipelines (4) connected to pump (1) outlet and supplying water into distribution network (5), performing water supply system hydraulic simulation, determining required water pressure H0 value at pump outlet under condition of required head hi providing at all n consumers (6), i = 1, 2, …, n, and determining water supply system maintenance costs over life cycle t, adopted for 10 years, where and – are investment and operating activity costs, b) in distribution network k separating zones (7–10) with required head pj at inlet of j zone, j=1, 2, …, k, where p1>p2, p2>p3, …, pk-1>pk, c) reducing required water head value at pump outlet to H1 under condition to ensure required heat p2 of zone j=2 consumers and determining water supply system maintenance costs over life cycle, where and – are investment and operating activity costs, – costs of individual booster pumping plant/plants maintenance over life cycle, providing increase of heads at zone j=1 consumers from p2 to p1, d) repeating step c), reducing required value of water heads at pump outlet to H2, …, Hj, …, Hk-1 under conditions of ensuring required pressure pj+1 at zone j+1 consumers, and determining water supply system maintenance costs over life cycle, where and – are investment and operating activity costs, – costs of individual booster pumping plant/plants maintenance over life cycle, providing increase of heads at zone j consumers from pj+1 to pj, and zone j–f from pj+1 to pj-f, where f=1, …, j-1, e) determining required value of water head Hk at pump outlet under condition of providing head pk at zone k inlet and determining losses for water supply system maintenance over life cycle, where and – are investment and operating activity costs, – costs of individual booster pumping plant/plants maintenance over life cycle, providing increase of heads at zone j consumers from pk to pj, f) forming plurality u = k +1 of costs Cu values pairs of water supply system maintenance over life cycle and corresponding to them arguments, required values of water heads Hu at pump outlet, where u = 0, 1, …, k, define function C=f(H), which in points H0, H1, …, Hk takes values, as close as possible to values C0, C1, …, Ck or equal to these values, and water head at pump outlet specified value is determined by determining head H, at which function of C=f(H) takes minimum values at H0≤H≤Hk.
EFFECT: enabling maintenance costs reduction.
