FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to unit intended for drug delivery device. Unit comprises: case, cartridge holder configured for disconnectable connection with case, elastic element, interacting element with configured with possibility of mechanical interaction with elastic element and with cartridge holder. Wherein elastic element or additional elastic element is configured with possibility element rotation, providing interaction with pressing, wherein unit has locked state, in which cartridge holder is connected to case, wherein movement of cartridge holder is hindered in relation to case, and unlocked state, in which connection between cartridge holder and case is disconnected, wherein cartridge holder can freely move in relation to case. Wherein for switching from unlocked state to locked state cartridge holder is driven to mechanical interaction with interaction element, cartridge holder is turned in first direction relative to case, thus interaction element turns in first direction so that interaction element mechanically interacts with elastic element, so that rotating force applied to interaction element by means of elastic element, is overcome for unit switching from unlocked state to locked state.
EFFECT: wherein unit is configured to provide force directed in axial direction and acting on cartridge holder so, that in unlocked state cartridge holder is spaced from case, wherein force, directed in axial direction, is generated by flexible element.
