FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a body (10) with a proximal (11) and distal end (12). A hollow piston rod (20) is disposed within the housing (10). The telescopic metering drum (40) is located concentrically between the body (10) and the piston rod (20). The telescopic metering drum (40) can be moved in two directions with respect to the body and the piston rod when setting the dose and delivering the dose. The drive means of the piston rod moves the hollow piston rod to the proximal end. The drive means comprises a hollow drum (30) of the ratchet rod disposed movably within the hollow piston rod (20) and fixedly attached to the telescopic metering drum (40), at that, the hollow drum (30) of the ratchet and the piston rod (20) are releasably connected together. The drive means comprises a dose activating means (70) with a longitudinal bar (71) movably disposed within the hollow drum (30). The longitudinal bar (71) and the hollow drum (30) are detachably connected to each other. The drive means also comprises a circular dose setting knob (100) fixedly attached to the means (70) and detachably connected to the hollow drum (30). The drive means also includes an elastic member (110) located between the hollow drum (30) and the dose activating means (70). The elastic member biases them in the direction of detachment of the longitudinal bar (71) of the means (70) from the hollow drum (30) and circular dose setting knob (100) connection to the hollow drum (30). During dose setting, circular knob (100) turning makes the hollow drum (30) and the telescopic metering drum (40) rotate together.
EFFECT: facilitated resetting of a given dose and increased accuracy of dose determination.
