FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: antifriction composite material consists of a matrix in the form of a crystalline copolymer of ethylene with tetrafluoroethylene and reinforcing filler. As the crystalline copolymer of ethylene with tetrafluoroethylene fluoroplastic-40P with packed density of 0.6 g/cm3 is used and as the reinforcing filler crushed carbon cloth Ural T-22 (UTA) with thermochemical treatment of the fibres and with the following characteristics: breaking load - 1428 N (warpwise), 1071 N (fillingwise) is used. A modifier is added to the composition in the form of molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) powder, with the following ratio of components, wt %: fluoroplastic-40P - 54-55, crushed carbon cloth Ural T-22 - 35-36, molybdenum disulphide - the balance.

EFFECT: improved physical-mechanical and antifriction properties of the material, as well as reduced water absorption.
