FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in materials science for manufacturing components of lubricated and non-lubricated friction units of machines and aggregates. An anti-friction polymer composite material includes polytetrafluoroethylene, molybdenum disulfide, an ultradisperse powder of cryptocrystalline graphite with a specific surface area 50-75 m2/g and carbon nanotubes.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase wear resistance of the composite material, reduce labour consumption of its manufacturing, as well as increase reliability and durability of the respective friction units of machines 1,9 times fold without increasing power loss.
