FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a light source, a photoreceiver, glass microballs and a reservoir open from above. Glass microballs are arranged in the reservoir open from above as a horizontally located layer excluding direct contact of a light flux from the light source to the reservoir bottom. The photoreceiver is installed above the reservoir centre, and the light source is located at an acute angle to the vertical axis with a possibility of changing an inclination angle.
EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy.
