FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method employs a unit for generating flying spots, having helically distributed flying spots with alternation of peaks and depressions of X-ray radiation on the irradiated surface. This enables to accurately control the scanning start time in order to compel two devices to have a scanning start time which differs by half a cycle, i.e., beams from one device are at a maximum while beams from another device at a minimum. In other words, even if the radiation source of one device emits beams, it will have no significant effect on the rendering result of the other device. The two devices can therefore emit beams and scan simultaneously.
EFFECT: shorter scanning time while maintaining high quality of scanning results.
