FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: inductor contains a casing, a cylinder, located inside the casing and assembled from plates isolated from each other by the insulating material, the plates are made out of electrotechnical steel. The plates are made with slots, in them three phase electric winding is arranged, it creates rotating magnetic field. In the cylinder cavity a hollow sleeve out of magnetic permeable steel grade EA with ribs is located. The ribs are made parallel to the generatrix of the internal cylindrical surface of the sleeve with height from 1.5 to 2.0 diameters of the steel ball being work body grinding the mineral material. The rib surface directed against rotation of the magnetic field is inclined relatively to the straight line plotted through the sleeve centre and passing through the rib tip, by angle from 15° to 30°, has coating out of hard alloy VK2. This surface is adjoined with the internal surface of the hollow cylinder with radius from 1.0 to 1.5 of steel ball radius. The rib surface directed towards rotation of the magnetic field is inclined relatively to the straight line passing through the sleeve centre by angle from 60° to 75°. At that one of lids has manhole for pouring of the liquefied neutral gas, i.e. nitrogen, and another lid has valve for overpressure relief from the cavity of the hollow sleeve created during evaporation of the liquefied neutral gas (nitrogen). Number of ribs of the hollow sleeve is from three to six.
EFFECT: inductor is characterised by low material content and ensures increased grinding quality.
