SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser modules and semiconductor light sources. A laser module includes a composite housing in which an optical system and a diode laser are arranged coaxially, a board with a diode laser control circuit which stabilises radiation power, connected to the terminals of the diode laser. Said board further comprises a circuit for controlling the output optical power of the diode laser and a pulse mode circuit, as well as terminals for transmitting a pulsed signal, for controlling a pulsed signal, for supplying power and for supplying control voltage.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities by enabling operation with different external devices in continuous power generation mode and in pulsed power generation mode while enabling control of both the level of continuous power and the amplitude of pulsed power, as well as functional arrangement in the application apparatus.
