FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: aluminium mirror foil or polymer film is pasted with glue from each side of the rail neck. The film is covered from the outer side with the film-coated mirror layer, for example of aluminium or silver, which is made, for example, of Teflon in the form of tape. Layer of white paint is applied on the surface of the rail, or on each side of the rail, sleeves of waterproof polymer film are installed in the cavity of the rail web, the outer surface of which is coated with film-coated mirror layer, for example of aluminium or silver. The sleeves are filled, for example, with fibrous glass. Heating cable made of polymer film is installed in the layer of fibrous glass. One or two high-resistance conductors are arranged in the cavity of cable, in films. Holes for their fastening with bolts or aluminium wires to the rail web or sleeve glued to the rail web are made along the perimeter in the rail web and in the film of each sleeve. From the outer side the film is covered with the film-coated mirror layer, for example, of aluminium or silver, or cable with high-resistance wires is located in the cavity of two glued strips made of polymer film. Cable is glued on the polymer film, glued to the rail web.

EFFECT: decrease of deformation of strings and rails when changing the positive and negative temperatures and assurance of safe operation of rail transport.
