FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rock crushers and can be used for crushing ore, rocks, sintered minerals, stones, etc. Proposed method consists in that abrading main part is formed with outer crushing surface, insert with first extreme part abutting on base part and second extreme part. Besides, the channel is formed in said main abrading main part. Channel allows fitting therein of at least first extreme part of said insert and fastener with external thread to be fitted, mainly, coaxially, with said insert. Thereafter, said fastener is tightened. Note here that said insert is fitted in said channel so that its first extreme part envelopes the fastener from the side of outer crushing surface while second extreme part adjoins said outer crushing surface. Thereafter, insert is secured with abrading main part. Crusher comprises fastener main part, at least one abrading main part connected with main fastener and including the set of channels, outer crushing surface and inner surface fitted, at least, partially in appropriate channels. Every set of said inserts is secured with abrading main parts as described above.

EFFECT: lower probability of failure or other faults.
