FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an anchor bolt. In the method, the anchor bolt contains a rod; a tapered element connected to the rod; contact sections fitted over the tapered member; and an elastically deformable jumper connecting the contact sections with each other. Said tapered element has a central axis, a cross section that is orthogonal to the central axis, wherein the cross-section has a regular triangular or pentagonal shape, and sloped surfaces on the respective sides of the triangle or pentagon. Said sloped surfaces are sloped closer to the central axis of the tapered element in the direction of the rear end of the anchor bolt. Further, the number of the contact sections is equal to the number of the sloped surfaces of the tapered element, and each of the contact sections has an inner surface that is sloped closer to the central axis of the tapered member towards the rear end and which abuts against the sloped surface of the tapered member. In the state in which the tapered element and the contact sections are inserted in the mounting channel at the front side of the anchor bolt, when only the tapered element moves in the direction of the mounting hole of the mounting channel, the contact sections are pushed towards the inner peripheral surface of the mounting channel due to the sloped surfaces of the tapered element, and the outer peripheral surfaces of the contact sections are pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the mounting channel in such a way that the contact sections are fixed in the mounting channel. Said jumper includes a main body located on the front side of the rod, and connecting parts that extend from the edge of the main body and connect to the front ends of the contact sections. Said connecting parts extend from the edge of the main body towards the rear end, outwardly and obliquely with respect to the rod, and then bend towards the rod at the areas of the connecting parts that are intermediate in the longitudinal direction, and the connecting parts have corresponding free ends connected to the front ends of the respective contact sections. When the anchor bolt is pushed into the mounting channel, the intermediate portions of the connecting parts are pressed by the edge of the mounting hole or the inner peripheral surface of the mounting channel, in order to elastically deform in such a way that the intermediate sections of the connecting parts and the contact sections are pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the mounting channel due to the elastic restoring force.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the reliability of fastening an anchor bolt in the channel of a concrete wall in such a way as to prevent any cracks in the concrete wall.
