To determine phytocenoses of polliniferous and nectariferous plants on pollen breech gathered by Apis mellifera, the colour and palynological analysis of pollen grains of breech and pollen grains from pollen sac of the plants is carried out. Their similarity is established on morphological structure, the botanical origin is determined. Then, the phytocenoses of polliniferous and nectariferous direction are determined, the analysis of phytocenoses of different seasons, bee colonies, climatic zones is carried out.
