FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: this airship is equipped with complex electric power station and high-altitude versatile communication station. Steam is generated in soft airship hull by water heating by electric heaters. Steam temperature is controlled by heat controllers. Electrical equipment consists of complex electric power station composed by windmill and solar hardware. Airship composite hull consists of segments built up of identical compartments isolated by laminar heat insulation and secured by outer protective skin to segments. Airship hull front and rear are provided with identical inlet and outlet nozzles communicated via heat-insulated through wind channels and compartments-section of complex electrical station windmill section. Compartment of versatile station shaped to aircraft airframe with propellers on wings is arranged under hull centre. Airship incorporates drive of propellers and DC-to-AC inverter. Station operating equipment is arranged inside the hull. Versatile station is controlled automatically by onboard computer and from the ground.
