SUBSTANCE: invention relates to airborne lighter-than-air vehicles. Airship uses water steam to create lifting force. The water steam is obtained from boiling water poured in cells of soft body of airship. Electric equipment is powered by integrated power plant consisting of wind and solar parts. Wind part is located inside the airship body in compartments-sections located above wind channel. Flexible photo cells are located on outer safety skin of airship soft body. The airship is assembled from prefabricated segments. The body consists of six compartments the atmospheric outer side of which is isolated by multilayer film heat insulation and fixed by outer safety skin. Through wind channel together with compartments-sections of wind part of integrated power plant is heat-insulated and fixed on braces to compartments so that there is air gap between compartments-sections and cells. Airship control house with power plant and airscrews for flight installed on platform for fixing passenger, cargo compartments and compartments of control house is located under body on tension bands.
EFFECT: decreased resistance to flight.
