SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power plants. Method of obtaining electric energy from a ground electric power plant using natural draft is that the ground electric power plant is located in an end-to-end channel, connected to a tethered aircraft plane, in which lifting force of steam is used. Body of a tethered aircraft plane has a shape of a cylinder with a circular hole in the middle for flow, made of water-steam-sealed, heat-resistant, with a temperature regime of 150 to 300 degrees Celsius and more, rubberized fabric based on synthetic fabric, while a body of the tethered aircraft plane is filled with vapour, when the flow through the body of a tethered aircraft plane is received, a natural draft is obtained, which is used to produce a flow in end-to-end channel of a ground electric power plant comprising a turbine, which transfers energy of the flow to the generator connected to it, the body of the tethered aircraft plane is equipped with an additional coat, it is covered from the outside with heat proof, and from the body is separated by a layer of compressed air, to keep the body of the tethered aircraft plane in a vertical position over the additional coat, hoses are evenly placed, in which compressed air is pumped, fastened by loops along the entire length, the tethered aircraft plane is fastened to the underside to three concrete supports, and the upper part of the fixing carbonopolymer ropes to three electric winches, electrical equipment of a ground electric power plant and external consumers are connected by electric wires.

EFFECT: invention is aimed to obtain electricity in any weather.
