FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cyclone separator (18, 122) for suction cleaner (10), primarily to sprayer-extractor appliance or washing vacuum cleaner. Note here that separator (18, 122) comprises vessel (32) to settle sucked flushing fluid with air and flushing fluid inlet (70) that makes the cyclone in inner chamber (44) of settling vessel (32). Suck-off line (58) with outlet (60) is downed into internal chamber (44) and connected to suction device (14) to suck air from said internal chamber (44). Web (82) protects outlet (60) from flushing fluid. Note here that mid space (66) is provided between inner wall (68, 138) of settling vessel (32) and web (82). In compliance with this invention, cyclone separator (18, 122) comprises at least one bypass element (86, 102, 108, 114, 116, 148, 130) arranged between web (82) and internal wall (68, 132) to feed flushing fluid from web (82) to internal wall (68, 138). Said element covers mid space (66) between web (82) and internal wall (68, 138) that makes residual mid space equal to 2 mm. Besides, this invention covers the vacuum cleaner.
