SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for separation of different-density substances from gas or fluid flows. Cyclone separator comprises housing, pipe to feed initial medium primary flow to be divided into fractions, pipe to discharge the main medium-forming fraction flow and pipe to discharge fraction secondary flow with density higher than that of the main medium-forming fraction flow. Separator comprises flow rider arranged in the housing, at least one swirler, fraction separator, separated fraction temporary store, at least one drain channel to communicate fraction separator with said temporary store. Said swirler is composed of at least one circular unilateral surface element secured at flow rider to make spiral variable-section flow channel. Fraction separator is structurally integrated with drain channel elements.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of separation.
