FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panels for finishing the interior walls of buildings with thermally active building systems (TABS), such as in classrooms, open-plan offices. Panel, comprising one or several sound-absorbing elements (3) and sections (7, 8, 9) connecting the front side (11) of the panel with the back side (12) of the panel, is provided in accordance with the first option of the invention implementation. There are no sound-absorbing elements in sections (7, 8, 9). Heat transmission through the panel is provided by means of sections (7, 8, 9). Panel also comprises brackets (3), which together with the frame portions form slots for sound-absorbing elements. Brackets (3) have the middle portion (6) with holes (14) for access of the sound field to the lateral planes of sound-absorbing elements. In accordance with the second option of the invention, panel comprises the rigid frame (1), forming the cavity, provided with one or more sound-absorbing elements from the front and back planes. One or more sound-absorbing elements occupy entirely the cavity of frame (1). Through sections (22), connecting the front and back planes of one or more sound-absorbing elements are made in the sound-absorbing elements.

EFFECT: invention allows to optimise the thermal and acoustic properties of the panel.
