SUBSTANCE: mechanism includes: safety belt, mechanism of its fastening and belt backtracking is made as a drum which wheel is stopped by locking rack. The mechanism also contains interlocking removable part and receptacle consisting of T-shaped belt tongue and lock holder which is made in the form of rectangular tube and two spring-loaded tabs with projections for retaining tongue in holder and contains lock release button. Locking rack locks belt drum when removable part and receptacle have operated. In the first version, the locking rack is connected with lock holder with stem, and in the second version, under release button two contacts for electric magnet switching on are located, one of which is made with possibility of movement.

EFFECT: reliable retention of driver and passengers on their seats.
