FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: sawing module comprises a sawing blade (12) having teeth (25), inter-teeth cavities (26), and a rear edge (27). The sawing blade is fixed between two fixing nodes (13) intended for articulation with the driving (3) and the driven (5) shafts. The rotation axes (6) of the shafts are parallel to each other. The lower hinge axis is located relative to the line of center of gravity of section of the bearing structure of the blade at a distance equal to 0.5…0.75 of the width of the said blade. The upper hinge axis is located relative to the line of center of gravity of section of the bearing structure of the blade at a distance equal to 0.1…0.4 width of the said blade. The width of the blade is within 0.1…0.45 its free length. The sawing unit comprises the driving and the driven shafts with parallel axes of rotation and supports at the ends, the racks for placement of the supports, and a sawing module. The center of mass of each half of the sawing module is located in the point located at a distance from the hinge axis of this fixing node, not exceeding four times the value of displacement of the said axis relative to the axis of rotation of the respective shaft. The device for sawing comprises a frame on which the sawing unit is located. On the fixing node a compensator (15) is mounted in the form of an inertial load. The fixing nodes have clamps (16). The fixing node mounted on the drive shaft comprises a bracket (17) connected to the clamp. The cams (28) are fixed on the shafts by means of dowels (29).

EFFECT: improved quality of sawn timber.
