FIELD: methods and devices for metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sawing solid materials. Sawing device includes a bed on which there are posts for arrangement of supports, a saw unit containing a driving and driven eccentric shafts with parallel axes of rotation, and at least one saw module. Center of gravity of each half of the saw module formed by the half of the saw blade and the corresponding fastening assembly is located at the point, this point is at a distance from the axis of the hinge of this fastening assembly, which does not exceed fourfold value of the displacement of the said axis relative to the axis of rotation of the corresponding shaft. Saw modules are installed on drive shafts in pairs relative to each other with angular displacement by 180°. Drive shafts are made with possibility of rotation counter to each other by means of V-belt gearing, covering toothed pulleys of the same diameter with the same number of teeth of figure eight. Teeth of saw blades are directed in pairs oppositely, and toothed pulley (28) of driven shaft is located on its shank (13) connected to driven shaft by hinge of equal angular speeds and is turned relative to shaft axis in horizontal plane.
EFFECT: higher stability of saw blade, higher quality of sawing, ruled out injuries caused by saw blade breakage.
