SUBSTANCE: hair brush has a bristle supporting surface and the area of bristles comprising at least 100 bristles which are individually dispersed on the bristle supporting surface, so that the height of the bristles is randomly changed and does not depend on the location of the bristles on the bristle supporting surface. And the said area of the bristles has properties (i) of height, representing at least 5 different heights, which are largely different from each other; the properties (ii) of width, at which each needle has a width of at least 0.5 mm; and the properties (iii) of the bristle tip, at which at least 60% of the bristles have the rounded tip.
