FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical processing and can be used for electrochemical finishing of liquid-propellant rocket engine nozzles. This process comprises the feed of current-conducting fluid through hollow electrode-tool and processed orifice. Note here that initial feed of said fluid is performed without current feed to said tool and that fluid flow rate through every orifice is registered. Then, orifices of maximum and minimum flow rates are defined. Then, all orifices apart from that of minimum flow rate are plugged. Current is switched on to force current-conducting fluid through said orifices unless flow rate through maximum flow rate orifice is reached. Then, current is switched off to register the current-conducting fluid flow rate through every orifice. Irregular fluid distribution among said orifices is defined. If required, the process is reiterated at other minimum flow rate orifices to required fluid distribution.
EFFECT: required regularity of fluid distribution without pressure drop.
