FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation of metal sheets. This process comprises application of dielectric template with separation profile outline on blank flat side and metal template on the latter made of passivated titanium alloy. Cathode-tool is arranged with clearance from its side to feed current to anode-blank and cathode-tool from current source. The latter is connected via voltage regulator with metal template. Said metal template consists of fragments following the blank constant-depth sections isolated by dielectric bonds. Note here that it is plated at the blank depth change boundary. Voltage is fed to template every section its voltage being varied subject to relationship between blank depth under said fragment and blank minimum depth.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of blanks.
