FIELD: microstructure technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relate to manufacturing method of micromechanical or nanomechanical components and can be used in field of manufacturing of wall/wristwatch or other measuring devices of optoelectronics. Manufacturing method of micromechanical or nanomechanical component in the form of drive belt or microform of drive belt of watches includes laser ablation of specified drive belt or microform, specified drive belt, with impulses of duration less than 5×10-13 seconds and with power more than 1012 Watt. Treated component is preliminarily modeled in three directions, and sepcified three-dimensional model is used for receiving of processor.
EFFECT: invention provides high accuracy of manufactured components.
