FIELD: laser equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of laser equipment, namely to the surface treatment of materials using a hand-held portable laser device. Radiation with energy of up to 100 mJ in a pulse generated by a pulsed fibre laser with passive Q-switching in autogeneration mode is used to remove a foreign layer from the surface of an object. Removal process is carried out simultaneously by two or more lasers, the output fibres of which are fused with a common optical unit of the beam expander, with a gap between the junctions on one line. Said optical unit is made from the same material as the core of the output fibre. Beam from each laser, thus expanded at the output of the optical unit, is further focused by an optical focusing system on the surface of the object, forming image enlarged 3-5 times on it, repeating the arrangement of the output fibres with the unit in the line of junctions, and using cyclic angular scanning of the set of beams, after passing through the focusing system, a separate continuous linear track is formed from each beam on the surface of the object. Further, by moving the set of laser beams away from the scan line, a portion of the area on the surface of the object is processed in at least one movement.

EFFECT: high efficiency and productivity of laser processing.
