FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: in compliance with this invention, production mean is adjusted to confine sample standard deviation (σs) in a lot of one-shot helical springs with preset maximum magnitude (σsMax) and limitation of standard deviation (σb) of sample from the lot of one-shot balance wheels by preset maximum magnitude (σbMax) within the preset tolerances of unbalance. Mathematical expectation (mb) of multiple balances is classified in compliance with mathematical expectation (ms) of helical springs to get the difference between extreme magnitudes of Gauss distribution of balances and helical springs corresponding to maximum decrease in inertial properties of balance. Arbitrary specimen (Sx) of helical spring is selected from the lot of said springs while arbitrary balance (By) is selected from the lot of one-shot lot of balances. Inertial properties of balance (By) are set in compliance with helical spring specimen (Sx) torque. Note here that mechanical processing of balance specimen can be made.

EFFECT: simplified and accelerated oscillation frequency with the use of standard set of spring balances.
