SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to machine building. Damper contains first (2a, 2b) and second (3a, 3b) friction elements mechanically connected with design elements (4a, 4b, 5). The friction elements are in frictional interaction (1a, 1b). The friction surface of one of the friction elements is made out of low friction polymer material containing distributed grease. Engineering-construction structure contains design elements and specified above damper. Method of dampening of relative movement between design elements is ensured by the specified above damper.
EFFECT: possibility of damping in wide range of frequencies and oscillation amplitudes.
