FIELD: vibration control.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented using contacting volumetric structures and consists in choosing the material of volumetric structures that are in contact with contact surfaces in a damping volume, choosing the topology of contacting volumetric structures in such a way as to ensure the maximum concentration of contact surfaces in the composition of contacting volumetric structures, creating a damping volume from contacting volumetric structures. volumetric structures, laying adjacent volumetric structures between the damped surfaces, in accordance with the topology. The damping volume is uniformly compressed from contiguous volumetric structures to control the value of its natural frequency. Conditions are provided for withdrawal of liquid from the damping volume of the contacting volumetric structures by placing a protective material. Contact surfaces are the surfaces of the contacting three-dimensional structures, as well as cracks and voids between them. To select the material and topology of the contacting volumetric structures, the parameters of the finished contacting volumetric structures are measured using the method and equipment of non-destructive testing, the qualitative and quantitative parameters for these structures are recorded, and the material and topology are selected based on the measurement results.
EFFECT: reduced impact of vibration and seismic loads on engineering structures.
